Auf der Grundlage des unten genannten Buches soll eine Einführung in die Psychologie der Informationsverarbeitung des Menschen gegeben werden. Ein besonderes Gewicht wird dabei auf die folgenden Teilgebiete gelegt: Teilaspekte der Wahrnehmung, Aufmerksamkeit, Kurzzeit- und Langzeitgedächtnis, Gedächtnisfehler, Wissensrepräsentation, visuelle Vorstellungen und Problemlösen.
