In diesem Seminar setzen wir uns mit dem Konzept der Mikroaggressionen auseinander. Wir analysieren, wie subtile, alltägliche Diskriminierungen auf Basis von Zugehörigkeit zu sozialen Gruppen entstehen, wirken und erlebt werden. Gemeinsam untersuchen wir die dynamischen Mechanismen, durch die Mikroaggressionen soziale Ungleichheiten reproduzieren, psychische Belastungen verursachen, Bildungs- und Teilhabeungleichheiten verstärken können. Anhand von Fallbeispielen und Diskussionsformaten reflektieren wir, wie Mikroaggressionen in sozialen Interaktionen wahrgenommen und benannt werden können. Ziel des Seminars ist es, ein tieferes Verständnis für die Bedeutung und Folgen dieser oft unsichtbaren Formen der Diskriminierung zu entwickeln.
