Gender, verstanden als soziale Form ist mit vielfältigen Deutungsmustern verknüpft. Für Beratung im pädagogischen Kontext ergeben sich mehrere Fragen, die in dieser Veranstaltung praxisnah nachgegangen werden. Wie kann gendersensible pädagogische Beratung aussehen? Wie lassen sich Erwartungen möglichst offen und geschickt thematisieren? Und wie kann sensibel das Thema Gender in der gemeinsamen Reflexion mithilfe von Supervision in den Blick genommen werden? Das Seminar zielt auf das unmittelbare Einüben eines wertschätzenden Unterscheidungsvermögens mit Blick auf genderbezogene Unterscheidungen. Hierfür werden sowohl Diskurse und Konzepte besprochen, als auch die Möglichkeit bestehen in kleinen Rollenspielen das entsprechende Wissen einzubringen.
