Politik ist Teil des Fremdsprachenunterrichts. Sie steht in Lehrplänen, wird von Teilnehmenden bewusst angesprochen oder taucht ungeplant in Gesprächen über Alltagsthemen auf.

Viele Deutschlehrende haben Respekt vor politischen Themen, z.B. aus Angst vor Eskalation, fehlendem Hintergrundwissen oder Unkenntnis über didaktische Methoden.

Dieses Seminar vermittelt Ihnen eine Übersicht über Grundlagen und Ziele der politischen Bildung im Kontext von Fremdsprachenunterricht. Wir beschäftigen uns einstiegsfreundlich mit politikwissenschaftlichen Konzepten, Politik und politischen Diskursen in Deutschland, und wie sie Unterrichtsthema werden können. Sie lernen ebenfalls Möglichkeiten, mit Konfliktsituationen umzugehen.

Das Seminar orientiert sich an der Praxis: Wir probieren didaktische Methoden gemeinsam im Seminar aus. Die Projekte, die Sie entwickeln, haben ebenfalls die didaktische Umsetzung eines politischen Themas ihrer Wahl zum Ziel.
