261019 Philosophische Theorie der Strafe II: Aktuelle Theorien (S) (SoSe 2015)

Nachdem sich der Kurs im Wintersemester an klassischen Theorien der Strafe orientierte, soll im Sommersemester der Schwerpunkt auf Theorien des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts liegen. Im Zentrum stehen die Hauptmodelle der Rechtfertigung von Strafen: Vergeltung, Spezialprävention, Generalprävention und die Mischform.Wir werden aber auch anderen Formen von Gerechtigkeit untersuchen, wie zum Beispiel die transitionelle Gerechtigket, die in der Südafrikanische Wahrheits- und Versöhnungskommission ihre bekannteste Illustration gefunden hat.
Das Seminar kann auch von Personen besucht werden, die nicht am ersten Teil im Wintersemester teilgenommen hat.
Am Anfang der Veranstaltung wird eine Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Argumente vorgetragen.
