Das Seminar/Kolloquium ist im Kernbereich des Schwerpunktbereichs 4 verortet und bildet insofern ein Ergänzungsangebot zu den Vorlesungen „Binnenmarktrecht“ und „Wirtschaftsverfassungs- und -verwaltungsrecht I“. Es sollen aktuelle Probleme und neuere Entscheidungen deutscher Gerichte und des EuGH vorgestellt und erörtert werden. Ziel ist es, das Verständnis des europäischen und deutschen öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts problem- und praxisorientiert zu vertiefen. Die Veranstaltung ist insofern zur Examensvorbereitung geeignet. Den Teilnehmer(inne)n wird Gelegenheit geboten, einzelne Entscheidungen in Kurzvorträgen darzustellen und zu kommentieren, um damit zugleich auch sog. Schlüsselqualifikationen einzuüben; ein Nachweis hierüber kann ggf. erworden werden. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, einen Seminarschein zu erwerben. Nähere Angaben zu Einzelthemen erfolgen durch gesonderten Aushang.
