250086 Zielgruppengerechte Beratung: systemisches Handwerkszeug für migrationspädagogische Tätigkeitsfelder (BS) (WiSe 2014/2015)

Ausgangspunkt des Seminars ist eine Perspektive auf die heterogene Migrationsgesellschaft, in der Diskriminierung und Rassismus sich alltäglich zeigen - auf individueller, institutioneller und struktureller Ebene. Dementsprechend haben wir es in migrationspädagogischen Tätigkeitsfeldern oftmals mit Menschen mit Diskriminierungs-und Rassismuserfahrungen und mit unterschiedlichsten Biografien zu tun.
Das Seminar vereint in dem Zusammenhang zwei Zugänge für migrationspädagogische Tätigkeiten: einerseits systemische (Beratungs-) Ansätze und systemisches Handwerkszeug und andererseits eine macht- und differenzsensible pädagogische Haltung. Folgende Fragen stehen im MIttelpunkt : Wie kann ich angemessen unterschiedliche Zielgruppen beraten? Welche Haltung ist da förderlich? Welches Handwerkszeug und welche Fertigkeiten sind hilfreich?
Vorkenntnisse im Themenfeld Antidiskriminierung und Rassismuskritik sowie Bezugspunkte zum pädagogischen Handlungsfeld "Beratung" sind wünschenswert.
