296004 Einführung in das Schulrecht/Inklusion im schulischen Kontext (V) (WiSe 2024/2025)

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich in erster Linie an Studierende der Bildungswissenschaften und soll eine anschauliche, fallorientierte Einführung in die rechtlichen Grundlagen des Schulverhältnisses bieten. Wichtige Themen der Veranstaltung sind: Grundzüge der Schulorganisation, der staatliche Erziehungsauftrag und das elterliche Erziehungsrecht, die Schulpflicht, Begründung und Beendigung des Schulverhältnisses, die Rechte und Pflichten der Beteiligten (Lehrer/innen, Schüler/innen, Eltern), schulische Erziehungs- und Ordnungsmaßnahmen, Prüfungsrecht sowie das Verhältnis von Religion und staatlicher Neutralität in der Schule. Daneben geht es um die rechtliche Einordnung der „Inklusion“ im schulischen Bereich. Für eine benotete Prüfungsleistung ist die erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Abschlussklausur erforderlich. Für eine Studienleistung gibt es die Möglichkeit der Anfertigung von zwei Vorlesungsprotokollen. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der jeweiligen Modulbeschreibung.
