In this broad introduction to Creative Writing, participants will be able to experiment with a wide spectrum of writing techniques. In addition to providing a forum for participants to work intensively at their own writing skills, the seminar should interest future teachers alert to the rich potential of creative writing in teaching language and literature.
The seminar will take place in hybrid format - in the classroom and simultaneously via Zoom. The material for the sessions will be presented in class and/or uploaded on the Moodle platform.
Students can take this seminar for the module element VM6.2 (old FSB, unbenotete PL) and PM6 (new FSB, benotete PL). Space permitting, people who don't or no longer need these credits, but simply enjoy writing and talking about writing with others, are also welcome.

The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
For the Studienleistung, participants should upload (at least) 13 of the writing tasks done on the basis of the input and prompts from the weekly sessions. Prompts and ideas will also be uploaded on the Moodle platform.
