Das Seminar „Lehrer*innenhandeln“ umfasst die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Professionalisierung und den Anforderungen an das Lehrer*innenhandeln. In Reflexion didaktisch-methodischer Modelle und Konzepte werden Anwendungsbeispiele für die Grundschule entwickelt und erprobt (s.o.). Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Auseinandersetzung mit den Merkmalen eines guten Unterrichts, der einer heterogenen Schülerschaft gerecht wird.
Folgende thematische Bausteine werden thematisiert:
• Einflussfaktoren auf guten inklusiven Unterricht
• pädagogische Beziehungen im Spannungsfeld von Nähe und Distanz
• Kooperieren und Innovieren
• Kommunizieren und Beraten
• Erziehen
• Unterrichten
• Leistung fördern und beurteilen
• Profession und Professionalisierungsprozess
Vorausgesetzt wird die aktive Teilnahme an Diskussionen, Übungen, Gruppenarbeitsphasen und deren Präsentation im Seminar.
Gestaltung eines Strukturlegeplans in Bezug auf die eigenen Vorstellungen über guten inklusiven Unterricht und Weiterentwicklung zu drei Zeitpunkten im Seminar.In dieser Veranstaltung findet ein Platzvergabeverfahren statt.
