Aufbauend auf der Veranstaltung "Multivariate Verfahren" werden Strukturgleichungsmodelle wiederholt und vertieft. Im weiteren Verlauf steht die Beschäftigung mit kategorialen Daten im Vordergrund. Im Einzelnen:
Logistische Regression (Vorhersage eines dichotomen Kriteriums), Cox-Regression (Vorhersagte eines dichtomen Kriteriums über Zeit, eine Überlebenszeitanalyse), Loglineare Modelle (Analyse mehrdimensionaler Häufigkeitstabellen), Latent-Class (Aufdeckung von Subpopulation), Clusteranalyse (Clusterbildung anhand von Distanzmaßen)

Die Vorlesung baut auf statistischen Grundbegriffen und Verfahren aus dem BSC-Studium auf. Inbesondere Inhalte zur linearen Regression und der kategorialen Datenealaysen z.B. x²-k*l-Test und bedingte Wahrscheinlichkeiten sollten präsent sein. Inhalte der Veranstaltungen "Multivariate Verfahren" und "Evaluation" werden als bekannt vorausgesetzt, sind aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
