Das Projektseminar gibt den Studierenden die Gelegenheit, auf der Grundlage ihrer bis dahin erworbenen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten ein eigenes Projekt aus einem selbst gewählten Teilbereich der Kommunikationsanalyse durchzuführen und die Ergebnisse in einem Projektbericht festzuhalten.
Die Sitzungen dienen zum einen der Besprechung von Themen und Fragestellungen, methodischen Zugängen und theoretischen Positionen, aber auch praktischeren Fragen wie Datenerhebung und Korpuszusammenstellung, Themeneingrenzung und Machbarkeit.
Neben Präsentationen und Diskussionen im Plenum gibt es intensive Gruppengespräche und Einzelberatungen zu individuellen Projekten.

BaLinK1 muss abgeschlossen sein (gilt ur für Kernfach); wenigstens 1 Vertiefungsseminar sollte ebenfalls bereits abgeschlossen sein.
Empfohlen werden als Vorkenntnis die Inhalte folgender Veranstaltungen aus dem Basisbereich: Transkription und Annotation 2, Quantitative Methoden 2, Korpuslinguistik, Testtheorie und Evaluation, Experimentalphonetik
