Contents, comment

Die Grundfrage des Lernens ist, wie das Neue in die Welt kommt. Gerade bei gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen, wie wir sie mit dem Klimawandel, aber auch mit anderen Phänomenen erleben, wird häufig eine Lösung der Probleme im Lernen nicht nur von Individuen, sondern auch von Organisationen oder gar der Gesellschaft als Ganzes proklamiert. Das Seminar beschäftigt sich mit den theoretischen Voraussetzungen des Lernbegriffs und bietet einen Rahmen, um verschiedene organisationssoziologische Konzepte zu diskutieren. Es soll anhand theoretischer Texte, aber auch empirischer Beispiele einen Überblick über die Verwendbarkeit des Lernbegriffs geben und ausleuchten, inwieweit soziologische Forschung notwendige und hinreichende Bedingungen des Lernens formulieren kann.
