Die Biologische Psychologie ist ein Teilgebiet der Psychologie, das sich mit den Beziehungen zwischen physischen (körperlichen) Vorgängen und psychischen Prozessen beschäftigt. Die Biologische Psychologie untersucht die biologischen Grundlagen unseres Erlebens und Verhaltens und nimmt zur Erklärung menschlichen Verhaltens und Erlebens einen biologischen (auch neurobiologischen) Zugang wählt. Die Biologische Psychologie ist ein Teilgebiet der Neurowissenschaften.
Die beiden Vorlesungen Biopsychologie I & II geben einen Überblick über die Grundlagen und Methoden der Biopsychologie. Ziel ist das Verständnis der Organisation und Funktionsweise des menschliche Nervensystems sowie neurowissenschaftlicher Forschungsmethoden im Kontext der Erforschung der Zusammenhänge zwischen biologischen und neuralen Prozessen mit menschlichem Erleben und Verhalten.
Inhalte:
- Wintersemester (WiSe): z.B. Neuroanatomie und Organisation des zentralen und peripheren Nervensystems, Neurotransmitter, Aufbau und Funktion von Neuronen, Sinnessysteme, Sensomotorik, Motorik, Genetik, Epigenetik
- Sommersemester (SoSe): zB. Motorik, Genetik, Epigenetik, Hormonsystem und Psychoneuroendokrinologie, Psychoneuroimmunologie, Lernen und neuronale Plastitzität, Läsionen, Hirnstimulation, Drogen
Die Vorlesung findet in Präsenz statt. In Ausnahmefällen können einzelne Veranstaltungen über zoom gehalten werden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass in der Woche vom 9-13.10 Einführungswochen stattfinden und daher keine Lehrveranstaltungen stattfinden. Die erste Veranstaltung findet am 18.10 statt.
