In dieser Veranstaltung werden die übergreifenden Fragen behandelt, die für sämtliche Tatbestände des Wirtschaftsstrafrechts von Bedeutung sind. Das sind insbesondere Probleme der Kausalität und der objektiven Zurechnung, von Täterschaft und Teilnahme sowie der Sanktionierung von Tätern in Unternehmen. Kriminalpolitische Bezüge sollen hergestellt werden.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende der Schwerpunktbereiche 8 und 9.
Sie wird ergänzt durch die Vorlesung Wirtschaftsstrafrecht BT im folgenden Semester.Leistungsnachweise:
Es wird eine SPB – Hausarbeit angeboten. Die Termine veröffentlicht das Prüfungsamt.
