250110 Diagnostik und ihr Nutzen – Methoden der Förder-, Lern- und Leistungsdiagnostik und deren Implikationen für die Individualisierung im Unterricht [BiWi-Export] (S) (SoSe 2023)

Der Schwerpunkt dieses Seminars liegt auf der Arbeit in und mit inklusiven Lerngruppen – jede*r Studierende muss schließlich damit rechnen, in einer solchen eingesetzt zu werden. Entsprechend werden zunächst die Begriffe „Leistung“ und "Diagnostik" geklärt und unterschiedliche Verfahren zur Leistungsmessung und -bewertung sowie zur Erfassung des Lernverhaltens diskutiert. In einem zweiten Schritt werden Ansätze vorgestellt, wie die Ergebnisse der Diagnostik in den Unterricht einfließen können. Je nach Interesse der Teilnehmenden können außerdem Beratungsansätze besprochen werden, oder es könnte ein Besuch in der Laborschule geplant werden. Die genauen Inhalte werden in der ersten Sitzung gemeinsam mit den Seminarteilnehmer*innen erarbeitet.
