Die Verwobenheit von Mehrfachdiskriminierungen und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Lebensrealitäten von Menschen stehen in dem Seminar im Mittelpunkt. Darüber hinaus werden wir uns mit dem Einfluss und der Geschichte des Ansatzes sowie seine Auswirkungen auf die Erziehungswissenschaft im Allgemeinen und die Genderstudies im Besonderen auseinandersetzen.
Intersektionale Perspektiven sind vor allem durch ihre Komplexität geprägt, was dieser ganzheitliche Blickwinkel auf verschiedenen Ebenen bedeutet werden wir hierbei gemeinsam analysieren. Hierfür werden wir uns mit verschiedenen Autor*innen, die das Feld geprägt haben und prägen beschäftigen und uns dem Themenfeld Gesellschaft - Identität - Macht mit Hilfe von unterschiedlichen Methoden nähern.

Es sind keine weiteren Vorkenntnisse von Nöten. Wir werden uns sowohl mit Grundlagen als auch weiterführenden Diskussionen aus dem Feld der Intersektionalität auseinandersetzen
