Erziehung und Bildung sind zentrale Begriffe der Sportpädagogik (Scheid & Oesterhelt, 2022). Während Erziehung die zielgerichtete Einflussnahme auf Heranwachsende fokussiert, thematisiert der Bildungsbegriff vor allem das reflexive Moment der Selbstbildung (Dörpinghaus, 2015). Bildungserwartungen werden hierbei als Prädiktoren für Bildungsprozesse verstanden und hinsichtlich folgender Fragen bearbeitet: 1. Wie können Bildungserwartungen im Hinblick auf den Sport theoretisch hergeleitet und begrifflich konkretisiert werden? 2. Welche Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede bestehen hinsichtlich verschiedener Settings und Akteure? 3. Welche Forschungsergebnisse liegen vor?
