Es werden aktuelle Probleme des Straf- und Strafverfahrenrechts im Zusammenhang mit Wirtschaft-strafsachen erörtert.
Es handelt sich um eine Zusatzveranstaltung für Studierende der Schwerpunktbereiche 8 & 9.
