610025 Bewegung und Sport als Prävention und Therapie neurologischer Erkrankungen (Typ Seminar ABI / Seminar AB II) (S) (WiSe 2022/2023)

Der Kurs "Sportprävention bei neurologischen Krankheitsbildern" beginnt mit den physiologischen Grundkenntnissen des Nervensystems und der Physiologie verschiedener neurologischer Erkrankungen (z.B. Epilepsie, Alzheimer, Schlaganfall, Multiple Sklerose, Parkinson und Schädel-Hirn-Trauma). Dieses Wissen wird durch Sport und Bewegung als Präventions- und Behandlungsmethode für diese neurologischen Erkrankungen weiter vertieft.
Der größte Teil des Kurses besteht aus theoretischem Unterricht, gefolgt von 2 praktischen Einheiten.
Am Ende des Kurses sollen die Studenten folgende Kenntnisse erwerben
- die grundlegenden physiologischen Kenntnisse des Nervensystems
- physiologische Kenntnisse über verschiedene neurologische Störungen
- Kenntnisse der grundlegenden Wirkmechanismen bei Sport und Bewegung und neurologischen Störungen auf der Grundlage der aktuellen Literatur
- die Kompetenz, neurologische Störungen zu beurteilen und Sport und Bewegung entsprechend zu verordnen und anzuwenden
