Dieses Seminar hat das Kennenlernen und Ausprobieren unterschiedlicher Methoden in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung zum Ziel. Zur Annäherung erfolgt eine Erarbeitung didaktischer Prinzipien der Erwachsenenbildung. Im weiteren Verlauf sollen von den Teilnehmer*innen Seminareinheiten geplant werden in denen unterschiedliche Methoden der Erwachsenenbildung erklärt, praktisch angewendet und vor dem Hintergrund der vorher erarbeiteten Prinzipien reflektiert werden.
In diesem Sinne wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind die Gestaltung einer Seminareinheit zu übernehmen.
