In diesem Seminar beschäftigten wir uns mit den Grundlagen des Weiterbildungsmanagement. Dabei kann zwischen Betriebsmanagement (Organisationsentwicklung, Personalentwicklung, Marketing, Finanzmanagement etc.) und Prozessmanagement (Bildungsbedarfsanalyse, Programmplanung; Veranstaltungsdurchführung, Qualitätssicherung; Vernetzungsmanagement etc.) unterschieden werden.
Die Auseinandersetzung mit Konzepten, Methoden und Instrumenten des Managements erfolgt in Form von Kleingruppen.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf Führungsverhalten in Organisationen der Weiterbildung. Dabei geht es um feldspezifischen Bedingungen und aktuelle Wandlungsprozesse. Externe Expertinnen (Gäste) und die Reflexion eigener Erfahrungen der Führungspraxis in Weiterbildungsorganisationen leisten einen Beitrag zur eigenen Professionalisierung.
