Im Grundkurs Linguistik werden die Grundkonzepte und Analysemethoden dieser Disziplin vermittelt. Die Einführung umfasst alle Analyseebenen der sprachlichen Struktur: Phonetik, Phonologie, Morphologie, Syntax, Semantik und Pragmatik. Weiterhin werden die gegenwärtigen Theorien über die Struktur der Sprache eingeführt und die Analysemethoden anhand von einfachen Beispielen geübt. Darüber hinaus werden die Studierende in dieser Lehrveranstaltung einen Einblick in die Vielfalt der Sprachen der Welt gewinnen.
