250371 Praxisforschung im Kontext inklusiver Schule - Theorien, Methoden, Transfer (S) (SoSe 2022)

Ziel ist es, Ansätze der Praxisforschung insbesondere im Kontext inklusiver Schulforschung und -entwicklung, kennenzulernen und ihre Produktivität für Schulentwicklung und Professionalisierung zu diskutieren. Dabei soll eine besondere Verknüpfung zu den Bielefelder Forschungs- und Entwicklungs-projekten der Laborschule und des Oberstufenkollegs hergestellt werden, sowohl durch Fachliteratur als auch durch die Einbeziehung von dort forschenden Expert:innen.
Im Seminar wird zunächst ein (historischer) Ein- und Überblick über Theorien und Ansätze stattfinden. Da Praxisforschung ein methodisch heterogenes Feld ist, werden anschließend verschiedene Verfahren behandelt, welche keine zu große Anwendungshürden in Praxissettings besitzen. Es sollen konkrete Forschungsprojekte vorgestellt und Berichte von Expert:innen eingeholt werden.
Das Seminar soll Studierende dazu befähigen, theoretische Hintergründe (Professionalisierung, Schulentwicklung,), methodische Herangehensweisen (Interviews, Beobachtungen, Gruppendiskussionen) und Herausforderungen (Zusammenarbeit, Praxistransfer) der Praxisforschung kennenzulernen, kritisch einzuschätzen und soll Grundlagen für eine perspektivische Anwendung schaffen.
