Die Veranstaltung vermittelt in systematischer Weise grundlegende Konzepte, Zugriffsweisen und Ergebnisse der soziologischen Organisationsforschung.
Folgende Themenblöcke sind derzeit vorgesehen (eine Änderung ist möglich, wird ggf. kurzfristig hier bekanntgegeben):
1. Mitgliedschaft in formalen und assoziativen Organisationen
2. Organisation als System: Entscheidungen, Strukturen, Umwelten
3. Die anderen Seiten der Organisation: Informalität, Macht, Kultur
4. Einige aktuelle Problemfelder der Organisationsforschung
5. Organisation und GesellschaftDie Veranstaltung ist als Vorlesung angelegt, soll aber dennoch Möglichkeiten zur Diskussion einschließen.
