Die Arbeit in und mit Gruppen ist elementarer Bestandteil der praktischen wie theoretischen Pädagogik. In diesem Seminar wird historisch und systematisch die sozialpsychologische Theorie der Gruppe erörtert. Vorgestellt werden verschiedene Ansätze der gruppendynamischen Arbeit in der Pädagogik, z.B. T-Gruppen, Sensitivitätstraining, gruppendynamische Übungen, Gruppenanalyse, Gruppenarbeit im Rahmen der Freizeitpädagogik. Abschließend wird die phänomenologische Gestalt für das Verstehen von Gruppenprozessen in Forschung und Praxis erarbeitet.
