Das Seminar findet online synchron (= digital, live zur genannten Zeit) statt.

In diesem Blockseminar beschäftigen wir uns grundlegend mit verschiedenen Facetten von Kooperation und Vernetzung. Dazu zählen innovative Formen des kollektiven bzw. vernetzten Lernens und des kooperativen Wissensaustauschs (vom Peer Learning bis hin zum vernetzten Mentoring) in verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern (von einzelnen Bildungsveranstaltungen über die Personalentwicklung bis hin zum Lernen in der Stadt). Neben Einblicke in der Netzwerkforschung und mit dem Thema das Kooperationsmanagement werden auch Aspekte der Lernarchitektur (Orte als „Räume der Kooperation und Begegnung“ ) in den Blick genommen.

Das Format des Blockseminars eröffnet die Möglichkeit, sich intensiver mit innovativen Praktiken, Formaten und Methoden auseinanderzusetzen. Morgens findet die Arbeit im Plenum (theoretische Impulse, Vorstellung von Projektergebnissen) und nachmittags in Arbeitsgruppen von max. 3 Personen statt. Für die Studienleistung müssen die Arbeitsgruppen am Freitag mittag ihre Ergebnisse hochladen im Lernraum.

Auf gelingende Kommunikation und verbindliche Kooperation in Teams wird schon aufgrund des Seminarthemas besonderen Wert gelegt.
Eine Woche vor Beginn des Blockseminar bekommen alle Teilnehmende und Interessierte weitergehende Informationen mit der Bitte um eine verbindliche Rückmeldung zur Teilnahme.
