Die Arbeitswelt erfährt derzeit einen grundlegenden Wandel, nicht zuletzt durch die digitale Transformation. Viele aktuelle Begriffe „Arbeit 4.0“, „New Work“, „Agilität“, etc. verweisen darauf.
In den letzten Jahren haben innovative Formen des kollektiven bzw. vernetzten Lernens und des kooperativen Wissensaustauschs (vom Peer Learning bis hin zum vernetzten Mentoring) auch in der Personalentwicklung Fuß gegriffen. Ein weiteres Kennzeichen ist das verstärkte Arbeiten in Teams. Durch neue technischen Möglichkeiten (digitale Kollaborationssoftware) verändert sich Arbeitsformen und Lernprozesse. Vor diesem Hintergrund gehen wir der Frage nach, welche Herausforderungen dadurch sich in der Weiterbildung und Personalentwicklung ergeben.
Neben Gesprächen mit Gästen aus der Berufspraxis arbeiten wir vornehmlich in kleiner Fokusgruppen, um die Potentiale neuerer Konzepte (und ihre Grenzen) auszuloten. Dabei können eigene thematischen Interessen eingebracht werden. Auf die gelingende Kommunikation und verbindliche Kooperation in Teams wird schon aufgrund des Seminarthemas besonderer Wert gelegt.

Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft oder im Master of Arts/Science Interdisziplinäre Medienwissenschaft im WiSe 2021/22
