In der heutigen Zeit zählt das selbstregulierte Lernen zu den Schlüsselkompetenzen, um in Schule, Hochschule und Beruf erfolgreich zu sein. Für viele Schüler, Studierende und Berufstätige stellt jedoch genau diese Anforderung ein großes Hindernis auf dem Weg zum erfolgreichen und zufriedenstellenden Lernen dar. Probleme beim selbstreguliertem Lernen werden im Alltag oft als Faulheit, Unpünktlichkeit und Disziplinlosigkeit abgetan. In diesem Seminar soll sich diesem Problem aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht genähert werden. Inhaltlicher Schwerpunkt des Seminars werden Theorien und Modelle zur Erklärung von Selbstregulation und Selbstregulationsdefiziten, Instrumente zur Erfassung von Selbstregulation und Interventionen zur Begegnung von Selbstregulationsdefiziten sein. Hierbei erlernen Sie in unterschiedlichen Seminarkonzeptionen (Gruppenarbeit, Referate, Projektarbeit) auch Strategien zum Lesen von empirischer Originalliteratur kennen.
