Es gehört zu den grundlegenden Tätigkeiten von Lehrer*innen, das individuelle Lernen und die unterschiedlichen Leistungen von Kindern zu bewerten, dafür sind grundlegende diagnostische Kenntnisse zentral.
In diesem Seminar werden verschiedene Grundlagen der Lern- und Leistungsdiagnostik thematisiert und auch verschiedene Zugänge erarbeitet: Leistungen müssen erstens „gesehen“ bzw. festgestellt, zweitens bewertet und drittens auch rückgemeldet werden, dabei gibt es jeweils unterschiedliche Formen und Methoden sowie Vor- und Nachteile (vgl. Brügelmann 2015).
Es geht in diesem Seminar um grundlegende Begriffe, um zentrale Kompetenzen, wie beispielweise Beobachtung, Dokumentationsformen oder wertschätzende Rückmeldungen. Unterschiedliche Verfahrensweisen sowie konkrete diagnostische Verfahren können dabei eingesetzt werden. Es werden Chancen, Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Diagnostik diskutiert und deren Nutzen für eine (inklusive) Schule erörtert.
