291501 Europäische Privatrechtsgeschichte (V) (WiSe 2011/2012)

Contents, comment

Die Vorlesung spannt den Bogen von den Rechten des Altertums (Rom, Griechenland, Mesopotamien, Jüdisches Recht) über den Aufstieg des römisch-gemeinen Rechts seit dem Hochmittelalter und die Epoche der nationalen Kodifikationen (z.B. Code civil von 1804) in das gegenwärtige Zeitalter der Wiedergewinnung der europäischen Rechtseinheit.

Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Für Hörer im 1. bis 4. Semester.

Durch erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Semesterabschlussklausur kann der kleine Grundlagenschein gem. § 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StudPrO erworben werden.
