Lernen ist immer in einen kulturellen Kontext eingebunden, durch welchen Bedingungsfaktoren des Lernens beeinflusst werden. Ein wichtiges Vermittlungskonstrukt für den Zusammenhang zwischen Kultur und Lernen stellen die individuellen Werthaltungen der Lehrenden und Lernenden dar. Deshalb werden im Seminar zentrale theoretische Ansätze und empirische Befunde zum Wertekonstrukt, zu interkulturellen Unterschieden in Werthaltungen, zur Wertevermittlung und zum Wertewandel vorgestellt und diskutiert. Die Brauchbarkeit der verschiedenen Ansätze für eine umfassende Rekonstruktion schulischen Lernens wird erörtert.

Ein Leistungsnachweis im Diplomstudiengang Erziehungswissenschaft oder im Diplomstudiengang Psychologie setzt Leistungen analog zu 4 LP voraus.
