301132 Einführung in die Regulierungstheorien (S) (SoSe 2022)

War Regulierung bis vor wenigen Jahren noch ein enges Spezialgebiet innerhalb der rechts- und politikwissenschaftlichen, und soziologischen Forschung, kann in den letzten Jahren eine Verbreitung dieses Typs gesellschaftlicher Steuerung beobachtet werden, die in der Literatur mit ‚regulativer Staat’ und ‚regulative Gesellschaft’ markiert wird und auch zu einer belebten, interdisziplinären Auseinandersetzung über Strategien und Rahmenbedingungen geführt hat.

In diesem Seminar werden einführende Texte zur Regulierung aus verschiedenen theoretischen und disziplinären Richtungen ebenso wie Fallstudien gelesen, die Studierende in die Lage versetzen, Regulierung als soziologisches Problem zu erkennen und in seiner Funktion und Folgen für die Regulierenden und die Regulierten einzuschätzen.
