In diesem interdisziplinären Seminar setzen wir uns aus literatur- und erziehungswissenschaftlicher Perspektive mit Erzählungen über männliche Adoleszenz in den 1970er und 80er Jahren – also zwischen der 68er Bewegung und dem Mauerfall – in der BRD auseinander. Wie wollen Texte wie Ronald M. Schernikaus "Kleinstadtnovelle", Dietmar Daths "Die salzweißen Augen" und Rocko Schamonis "Dorfpunks" im Hinblick auf ihre Konzeption männlicher Adoleszenz, generationaler Übergänge, (jugend-)kultureller und politischer Kontexte befragen. Andersherum beleuchten wir die Bedeutung von narrativer Praxis für Adoleszenz und Männlichkeit – nicht zuletzt aus psychoanalytischer Perspektive.
