Das Seminar wird aufgrund der aktuellen Situation zur vorgesehenen Veranstaltungszeit online live stattfinden. Ich habe die Semesterferien mit zahlreichen Fortbildungen zur Online-Lehre verbracht. Gerne hätte ich einen anderen Grund für die neuen Erkenntnisse gehabt, freue mich jetzt aber auf die neue Herausforderung. Kategoriale Daten sind Variablen mit einer begrenzten Anzahl von Ausprägungen (Kategorien). Bei vielen Studien und amtlichen Statistiken handelt es sich um kategoriale Daten (z.B. Geschlecht, Parteipräfarenz, Schichtzugehörigkeit u.v.m.). Viele statistische Methoden setzen jedoch ein höheres Skalenniveau voraus. In dieser Veranstaltung geht es um eine anwendungsorientierte Einführung in die multivariaten Analysemöglichkeiten kategorialer Daten.
