Contents, comment

Im Seminar werden wir uns mit Personen des 19. und 20. Jahrhunderts auseinandersetzen, welche die Erziehungswissenschaft in besonderem Maße geprägt haben und deren Werk und Theorien auch gegenwärtig diskutiert werden.
Neben einer historischen Betrachtung werden wir die Relevanz für die Gegenwart und Zukunft diskutieren. Ein weiteres Ziel des Seminars ist kritisch zu prüfen, wie Werke und Personen zu Klassikern (gemacht) werden.
Eine vertiefende Bearbeitung eines Klassikers soll in Gruppen vorbreitet und im Seminar präsentiert.

Die Bereitschaft zur eigenständigen und selbstorganisierten Auseinandersetzung mit einem Klassiker der Pädagogik anhand der erziehungswissenschaftlicher Fachliteratur ist Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme am Semianr und zugleich ein zentrales Element der Studienleistung.
Als Modulabschlussprüfung kann in diesem Smeianr eine Hausarbeit verfasst werden.
