BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: DIE VERANSTALTUNG BEGINNT WEGEN DER INTERNATIONALEN SOMMERSCHULE ERST IN DER ZWEITEN SEMESTERWOCHE.
Barock: Gehört hat man die Epochenbezeichnung schon einmal; 'Vanitas' ist das Stichwort, das man aus der Schule vielleicht mitbringt. Diesem sehr reduzierten Verständnis möchte das Seminar abhelfen. Auch Epochen, die uns historisch sehr ferngerückt scheinen, können komplex sein.
Wir lesen einige Texte (darunter ein Drama von Andreas Gryphius), besprechen gemeinsam barocke Kunstwerke und fahren im November nach Schloss Augustusburg in Brühl.

Bereitschaft, mitzudenken und mitzumachen.
Bereitschaft, allzu einfache litertaturgeschichtliche Vorstellungen von der Epoche zu revidieren.
