Contents, comment

Die Lehrveranstaltung behandelt Gespräche und andere Formen des elementaren Kontaktes unter Anwesenden, und zwar auf begrifflichen Grundlagen, die teils von Erving Goffman und teils von Niklas Luhmann gelegt wurden. Die Grundidee lautet, solche Kontakte als Sozialsysteme besonderer Art zu begreifen, um sie mit andersartigen Sozialsystemen, darunter vor allem Gesellschaften und Organisationen vergleichen zu können. In dieser Absicht werden unter anderem folgende Themen behandelt: Selbstdarstellung unter Anwesenden: Schwierigkeiten und Chancen; Konflikte und Techniken der Konfliktvermeidung; direkte und indirekte Kommunikation; Takt; Entstehung von Rangdifferenzen, Interaktion in Organisationen.
