In diesem Seminar werden wir uns mit aktuellen Begriffen und Konzepten im Feld der Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung auseinandersetzen. Dazu zählen bspw. Lebenslangen Lernen, Wissensmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, intergenerationales Bildung, Lernkultur, Lernen Erwachsener etc.. In jeder Sitzung wird ein Begriff im Zentrum stehen, den wir versuchen zu erklären, kritisch zu beleuchten (pro und contra) und für Forschungarbeiten zu operationalisieren. Das Lesen von kurzen, einführenden Texten zu jeder Sitzung wird erwartet.
