Schon Siegmund Freud (1937) zählte die Erziehung von Kindern zu den "umöglichen Berufen".
Was Erziehung zu einem so schwierigen Unterfangen macht, warum sich gerade heutzutage viele Eltern unsicher fühlen und ob bzw. in welchem Ausmaß sich die Bemühungen von Eltern in der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung von Kindern niederschlagen - diese und weitere Themen sollen im Seminar behandelt werden.

Die Anforderungen an die regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme (nur gültig für Studienmodell 2002) sind hier erläutert. In den FsB und Modulhandbüchern finden sich Informationen, ob Studienleistungen (nur gültig für Studienmodell 2011)/Einzelleistungen/Modul(teil)prüfungen vorgesehen sind, und welche Anforderungen hierfür bestehen.

Von allen Teilnehmern wird erwartet, dass sie regelmäßig und aktiv an den Sitzungen teilnehmen.

Der für die Studienleistung zu erbringende Workload kann zwischen drei Formaten ausgewählt werden:
a) Anfertigung und/oder Präsentation eines Literatur-Recherche-Protokolls;
b) mündliche und/oder schriftliche Zusammenfassung von ca. 3 thematisch kohärenten Artikeln zu einer Fragestellung;
c) mündliche und/oder schriftliche Darstellung und v.a. Bewertung eines empirischen Originalartikels zu einer spezifischen Teilfragestellung.
