Die Vorlesung gilt den nicht auf Rechtsgeschäft beruhenden Schuldverhältnissen und damit dem zweiten Teil des Besonderen Schuldrechts. Behandelt werden insbesondere Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag, unerlaubte Handlung und ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung.
Es wird eine Semesterabschlussklausur gem. § 21 Abs. 2 Nr.1 a StudPrO 2012 angeboten.
