250254 Sanktionsmöglichkeiten des Jugendgerichtsgesetzes (S) (WiSe 2018/2019)

Contents, comment

Zunächst werden wir uns mit dem Erziehungsgedanken des Jugendgerichtsgesetzes und dem Sanktionsbegriff beschäftigen. Im Anschluss werden wir die verschiedenen Sanktionsmöglichkeiten kennenlernen, die das Jugendgerichtsgesetz vorsieht. In einer zweiten Phase werden wir uns intensiv mit der praktischen Umsetzung und den empirischen Erkenntnissen zur Wirksamkeit der einzelnen Sanktionsformen auseinandersetzen.
