Wir werden uns im Kurs grundlegend mit den Regeln der deutschen Satzstruktur auseinandersetzen. Ausgehend von einer allgemeinen Einführung in syntaxtheoretische Konzepte werden wir uns die Hauptsatzbaumuster für Sätze, Nominal- und Verbalphrasen des Deutschen anschauen. Vertiefend werden wir insbesondere Aspekte behandeln, die von praktischer Relevanz für das Lehramt an der Grundschule sind. Aspekte des Syntax-Erwerbs für Lerner mit Erst- und Zweitsprache werden genauso Berücksichtigung finden wie historische Betrachtungen und Fragen des Form-Funktionszusammenhangs.
