Das Seminar führt in die Grundlagen der personzentrierten Gesprächsführung und Beratung nach Carl Rogers ein. Dabei werden sowohl die Wurzeln des Ansatzes als auch dessen zentrale theoretische Grundannahmen beleuchtet.
Der Ansatz wird zudem in seiner Bedeutung für die pädagogische Beratung nachvollzogen und kritisch gewürdigt.
