230105 Kommunikationstrainings - in Theorie und Praxis (S) (WiSe 2017/2018)

Lässt sich Kommunikation tatsächlich schulen? Was macht ein (gutes) Kommunikationstraining aus? Wie werden Trainings heutzutage in der Praxis konzipiert und welche Methoden sind vielversprechend? Kann die Linguistik mit ihren Methoden auf dem Trainingsmarkt bestehen oder sogar eine Bereicherung sein? Dieses Seminar ist eine praktisch-forschende Werkstatt. Phase 1: Anhand von praktischen Beispielen aus Kommunikationstrainings werden wir uns einen Überblick über die Trainingsbranche erarbeiten, Trainings-Modelle kritisch miteinander vergleichen und die (mögliche) Rolle der Linguistik auf dem Trainingssektor beleuchten. Phase 2: Im Mittelpunkt steht vor allem die Praxis: die Studierenden entwickeln in Kleingruppen Trainingskonzepte und bekommen dazu praktische Tipps direkt von der Kommunikationstrainerin. Zum Schluss hat jede Kleingruppe die Gelegenheit einzelne Sequenzen aus ihrem selbstentwickelten Training praktisch im Plenum zu erproben und dabei auch noch selbst zum Gegenstand eines Train the Trainer - Kommunikationstrainings zu werden.
Somit können die Studierenden eigene Interessen an diesem Berufsfeld konkretisieren und praktische Tipps erhalten für eine Karriere als Kommunikationstrainer und -Coach.

Die Plätze werden nach der Reihenfolge der Anmeldung direkt per Mail bei <nirma.schomeier@aristocom.de> vergeben.
Weitere Bewerber/innen werden auf eine Warteliste gesetzt.
