392244 Miniroboterentwicklung / Minirobot Development (MRD) (Pj) (SoSe 2021)

Contents, comment

This project is given in English and/ or German.

In this project, the robot platform AMiRo shall be developed further. On the one hand the real-time operating system running on the several microcontrollers shall be enhanced by an event-driven communication framework. Furthermore autonomous LiDAR-based localization and mapping (SLAM) shall be implemented. Other possible topics of this projects are web-based control of AMiRo and visualization of sensor data as well as streamed image processing using the on-board FPGA.

The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
