Die Veranstaltung findet in der ersten Semesterhälfte vierstündig, in der zweiten Semesterhälfte zweistündig statt. Welcher Termin entfällt (Di. oder Mi.), wird noch bekannt gegeben.
Die Veranstaltung behandelt Pflichtfachstoff i.S.v. §11 II Nr.6 JAG NW.
In der Vorlesung wird das Recht der individuellen Arbeitsbeziehungen vorgestellt: Geschichte und Rechtsquellen des Arbeitsrechts, der Begriff des Arbeitnehmers, Mängel beim Abschluss des Arbeitsvertrages, Rechte und Pflichten aus dem Arbeitsverhältnis, Leistungsstörungen, Beendigung von Arbeitsverhältnissen durch Aufhebungsvertrag und Kündigung, befristete Arbeitsverhältnisse, Zeugnis, Betriebsübergang.Wichtiger Hinweis für Studierende, die sich für die Wahl des Schwerpunktbereichs 7 – Arbeit und Sozialer Schutz interessieren: Diese Veranstaltung sollte vor dem Beginn des Schwerpunktbereichsstudiums besucht werden.
Hinweis für Bachelor-Nebenfach-Studierende: Sie können eine benotete Einzelleistung erbringen, indem Sie an der Abschlussklausur teilnehmen (und die Klausur bestehen).
