Die Veranstaltung findet in der ersten Semesterhälfte vierstündig, in der zweiten Semester-hälfte zweistündig statt. Welcher der Termine in der zweiten Semesterhälfte entfällt, wird in der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben.
In der Vorlesung wird das Recht der individuellen Arbeitsbeziehungen vorgestellt: Geschichte und Rechtsquellen des Arbeitsrechts, der Begriff des Arbeitnehmers, Mängel beim Abschluss des Arbeitsvertrages, Rechte und Pflichten aus dem Arbeitsverhältnis, Leistungsstörungen, Beendigung von Arbeitsverhältnissen durch Aufhebungsvertrag und Kündigung, befristete Arbeitsverhältnisse, Zeugnis, Betriebsübergang.
Literatur: Wird in der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben.
Wichtiger Hinweis für Studierende, die sich für die Wahl des Schwerpunktbereichs 7 – Arbeit und Sozialer Schutz interessieren: Diese Veranstaltung sollte vor dem Beginn des Schwer-punktbereichsstudiums besucht werden.
Hinweis für Bachelor-Nebenfach-Studierende: Die Voraussetzungen und Fristen für die Leis-tungspunktevergabe für aktive Teilnahme (BPO 2009) und eine benotete Einzelleistung (BPO 2009 und 2011) werden zu Beginn der Veranstaltung in der Veranstaltung bekanntgegeben.
