Dieses Seminar wird in Kooperation mit dem Flüchtlingsrat NRW durchgeführt und beschäftigt sich mit dem Ehrenamtspreis dieses Netzwerks. Bei der Verleihung des Ehrenamtspreises im November 2024 werden acht vorausgewählte Projekte und Initiativen vorgestellt, die sich insbesondere für die Rechte und Möglichkeiten von Asylsuchenden, Geflüchteten und Menschen mit prekärem Aufenthaltsstatus einsetzen und von denen eine den Preis erhält. Für die Preisverleihung, aber auch für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit dieser Projekte und Initiativen sollen Kurzfilme produziert werden, die einen authentischen Eindruck vom jeweiligen Engagement vermitteln und die Arbeit angemessen repräsentieren.
Nach einer kurzen Phase zu Inhalten der Arbeit des Flüchtlingsrats NRW, der Zielgruppenadressierung sowie der Kamera- und Schnitttechnik ist es geplant, in diesem Seminar filmische Portraits zu produzieren, die für die o.g. Preisverleihung und die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der Initiativen eingesetzt werden können.
