Ziel des Seminars ist die Vermittlung und Vertiefung von Grundlagenwissen über den Zusammenhang von Klimakrise, Kolonialismus und Rassismus. In diesem weiten thematischen Rahmen werden Kleingruppen sich mit spezifischen, selbstentwickelten Fragestellungen auseinandersetzen und die Ergebnisse als Bestandteil einer Ausstellung der Öffentlichkeit präsentieren.

Die Ausstellung wird digitalisiert, sodass sie als OER auch einer Öffentlichkeit jenseits des Seminars zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann.

Eingebunden in das Seminar sind drei Workshops mit externen Hochschullehrer:innen.
1. Workshop: „Umweltrassismus und koloniales Naturverständnis“ (April)
2. Workshop: „Imperiale Lebensweise und solidarische Bildung“ (Mai)
3. Workshop: „Klimagerechtigkeit und Globalität“ (Juli)

Die Konkretisierung der Seminarthemen wird auch von Ihrem Vorwissen und Ihren Interessen abhängen; ich freue mich, wenn Sie Ihre Interessen und Ihre Kenntnisse einbringen!
Weitere Angaben erfolgen im Lauf der kommenden Wochen.

Insgesamt ist für das Seminar die Lektüre von Texten im Umfang von ca. 120 Seiten vorgesehen; zusätzliche Literatur wird Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt.

Studienleistung:
Teilnahme an den Plenarsitzungen und den drei Workshops, Mitarbeit in einer KG und Teilnahme an den KG-Treffen, Auseinandersetzung mit einer Frage zu „Ökologie und Rassimus“, die Teil der digitalen Ausstellung sein wird, die das Seminar zu Ende des Semesters präsentieren wird.

Prüfungsleistung:
Gerne Hausarbeit (Überlegungen zu Thema, Fragestellung, Aufbau, Literatur etc. bitte individuell mit mir besprechen).
